Deana's Educational Theater

develops and produces dynamic educational theater performances and a comprehensive array of trainings, workshops and distance learning products to prevent bullying, dating/domestic violence and sexual assault.

Our original copyrighted performances feature professional actors trained in the appropriate subject matter who lead an interactive discussion following each performance.

The Yellow Dress

  • a one-woman play with high school, college and military, adaptations.
  • Topics: dating violence, sexual coercion and bystander intervention (sexual assault for college and military audiences)

  • a three-person play for young students in grades 1-3
  • Topics: identifying bullying behaviors, reporting vs. telling, inclusion and respecting others

Our student workshops complement the learning points of our plays and can be used as a stand-alone relational violence prevention activity. Our adult training programs prepare school staff, parents or community leaders to provide crucial support for school-wide programs. Our distance learning products allow you to independently deliver curriculum and training.
