Welcome to DET's Online Booking, Information and Feedback Page! Here we've provided convenient PDF Forms you can fill out and submit by email to make ordering a DET Performance and providing feedback as simple as possible.
NOTE: We HIGHLY recommend upgrading your Acrobat Reader to the latest version (currently X, or 10). Your experience with our online forms will be greatly improved!
If you need Adobe Reader (a FREE Adobe Program) we've provided a convenient link above for you to obtain the free software. Once it's properly installed, your Browser should be able to read this PDF document. Once in the document, you can fill in all your needed booking information, as well as submit the document to Deana's by email. You can print the form, and you can save the form (with your filled-in responses) by using the "File" and "Save As" Menus. Please note that typical PDF files are a bit larger than a typical email, so when you are ready to send your email it may take a bit longer to fully transmit.
In order to email your completed form back to us, you need to have an email program (such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora) properly installed on your machine. If you use Internet email (such as Yahoo, Gmail or AOL) you'll need to fill in the form, save it to your local machine, and manually attach the form to an email back to booking@deanaseducationaltheater.org.
